Be good to your self. Don't forget to stop take a deep breath and be in the moment. Notice the shapes and colors around you. Note also the smells that abound. Decern the sounds that reach your ear. Precieve the touch of your feet to the ground. Then consider how it is all linked and cognitize the oneness of it all. There is only this moment. you can't touch, taste, smell, hear or view the past or future, they are only experianced in our minds eye. And those thought can consume you and steal the moments that can fill us with peace.
